Brief Description
- Advanced training for service engineers who want to understand in detail DIA.NE control systems,the various controls loops, and how to troubleshoot these.
Target Group
- Field Techs for the Jenbacher product portfolio who have completed the course module ´FTB - Basic Field Tech Training´ or employees from other departments who need detailed product knowledge for their daily jobs. This training is a prerequisite for becoming a certified Commissioning Engineer.
Theoretical and practical contents
- Refresher on the "FTB Training Course"
- Wiring diagrams (analog/digital signals, interfaces, wiring, measurement)
- Auxiliary equipment (expansion vessel, 3-way-valve, parameters)
- Control system (power-, speed-, and LEANOX controller) - extended parameters
- Generator (function, measurements)
- Safety devices (grid monitoring device, grid code, MMD, parameters)
- Software tools (DIA.NE WIN Server/DIA.NE XT4, trends, alarms)
- exhaust gas treatment (active carbon filter/CAT, Cl.Air, CodiNOx)
- Trouble shooting (structured trouble shooting)
Participation in this training course will give you
- a review of the course module 'FTB - Basic Field Tech Training'
- the advanced knowledge required to operate the different DIA.NE generations at level 15
- the ability to adjust and optimize the relevant control loops including the reduction of NOx emission
- the ability to localize and remedy malfunctions of the gas engine with the help of our trouble-shooting check-list
